Although I haven't posted on this site in awhile, I have indeed been working on my main game Make Your Parents Proud, which combines the episodes I've posted here. If I get a web version of it, I'll post that here too!
The Past
As a growing developer/artist, I'm willing to update previous work as I get better, even if it is going "against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past." Points to my fellow Great Gatsby fans. (Digression: Should I do a lewd adaptation of The Great Gatsby?)
So one past work now being revisted is my first episode, First Crush Strips To Pay My Debt. Specifically, I will be updating the ending, or rather adding one. Before, it (SPOILER) just sort of ended once Cass got naked. I've noticed a few people want to know what happens next. Well, I plan on giving Cass a whole new episode once I reach my 50 follower goal, but for now, I'm adding a little text to at least wrap up that episode. There won't be new lewd content, but it'll make the episode feel more complete and make it flow a lot better in the context of Make Your Parents Proud, which was just way too abrubt.
The Present
I've been hard at work optimizing the code for Make Your Parents Proud so that it won't get unwieldy as it grows. I've detailed in a previous behind-the-scenes post some of the difficulties in doing so. Sometimes in coding, putting out one fire makes three appear out of nowhere. It is, however progressing nicely and I'm hopeful to have that update with Undercover At A Nudist Camp included by the end of this weekend at the latest for patrons. The public build will be in the beginning of April.
If all goes well, I'll have a template I can reuse on future games as well:)
The Future
The winning episode in last month's content poll was Rivals Stranded in the Woods (working title). I'll save details on that story for another post. But the one sentence blurb is that you'll play as an intern in competition with another intern for a fulltime position at a company. You two don't get along. But when an incident at a company retreat leaves the two of you dependent on each other for survival, could things be different? I know, that was more than one sentence.
